Shipping policy
All orders for in-stock merchandise are processed within 2 to 4 business days (unless it is a special order; See below), excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Special order terms are agreed upon on an individual basis per order. Please note that special orders can take several weeks if supplies need to be ordered, so please let us know well in advance of any special dates you need custom pieces for.
Because of potential delays with covid-impacted deliveries, please be aware it can take a while to get your order once we ship it. If you need something quickly we will do our best to get it to you if time allows.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10-12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@leshacksd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
