Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We prefer to not do returns on any merchandise at this time. However, If there is a defect in our handmade merchandise that is due to a manufacturing error we will repair or discuss other options.
A note about our leather goods: We use imported and domestically sourced leather. Please note that leather will have small flaws like scratches, wrinkles or pinholes; this are inherent to the type of leather we work with because we love the wrinkles and burnished edges that come naturally to leather with age and use. We process most of our leather minimally, typically leaving cut edges in tact and unfinished to encourage natural smoothing and we leave brands and factory marks in tact.
Vintage merchandise is sold as-is and we carefully denote flaws or issues in our descriptions and expect you to understand the nature of vintage is that it is imperfect.
We cannot accept returns on jewelry; all sales on jewelry are final. If there is a defect due to workmanship we will be happy to repair. Please note that we use vintage beads, plastic beads and charms and wood beads, all which have small imperfections or flaws, which cannot be avoided and are all part of the intrinsic charm of vintage.
To contact us to inquire about a return, please email hello@leashacksd.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom items are not returnable.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
